Deposit

We require a 50% deposit of your stay’s total amount to secure your booking, payable by French bank cheque, credit card, or PayPal.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival. A reminder email will be sent.
If you book within 14 days of your arrival, the full amount of your stay is required at the time of booking, payable by credit card or PayPal only.

General Conditions

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM / Check-out: from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM
This is a non-smoking property.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
You will be welcomed by us—please contact us before your arrival.
A security deposit of 100 EUR is required upon arrival to cover any additional charges. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival.
If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the following cancellation fees will apply: the total amount of the booking.
If you do not show up, the no-show fee will be the total amount of the booking.
